By using our service, you grant AIResume a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell or share your resume content with third parties for marketing purposes.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content. AIResume does not verify the truthfulness of any resume or CV data entered by users.
6. Templates and Intellectual Property
All resume templates, design assets, software, and technology used in AIResume are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our templates solely for the purpose of creating your own resume. You may not:
- Redistribute or resell our templates
- Use our branding, logos, or trade marks without written permission
- Copy or replicate the platform's design or functionality for competing services
7. Paid Features and Templates
Some templates and features may require a purchase (paid templates). When purchasing:
- Prices are displayed in the local currency or points as indicated on the platform
- Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
- Purchased templates are licensed for personal use and linked to your account
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice

We are a resume-building tool, not a recruitment or employment agency. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using AIResume.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any errors or inaccuracies in the service
- Any third-party conduct or content on or accessed through the service
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
